1. Arrival and departure

2. Guests and visitors
Each apartment hosts a maximum of 4 guests, including children. All guests must be listed on the booking.

Guests are responsible for the behavior of anyone they invite into the apartment.
3. Noise and neighbors
Quiet hours: [QUIET HOURS TO CONFIRM]. Terraza del Sol is a residential building: please keep music and conversations at a considerate volume, especially on terraces and in shared areas.
4. Smoking, pets and events

Parties and events: [PARTY POLICY TO CONFIRM]. Commercial photo or video shoots require our written authorization.
5. Using the apartment
- The kitchen is fully equipped and yours to use; please wash what you use and keep food covered.
- Turn off the air conditioning and close windows and doors when you leave the apartment.
- Starlink internet is shared within the apartment for normal personal and work use.
- Please separate and take out trash as indicated in the apartment: [WASTE INSTRUCTIONS TO CONFIRM].
- Do not move furniture between rooms or between apartments.
6. Jacuzzi and safety
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the jacuzzi.
- Shower before entering. No glass containers near the jacuzzi.

Outside: Zicatela has strong waves and currents and is recommended for experienced surfers only. For swimming, we suggest calmer beaches such as Carrizalillo or Puerto Angelito.
7. Damages and lost items
Accidents happen: tell us as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out together. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged to the guest.
